From Agronomy Solutions, to Soil Rx.
Agronomy Solutions was founded by Julie and Roger Lasham, who created an exciting and innovative business helping farmers get the very best from their soil. Through their dedication and expertise, the business became a trusted partner for nutrient management and agronomy advice.
Julie and Roger are now focusing on new ventures, and we’re pleased to share that they have passed the business on to Rory and Michelle at CFA. From here, the business will continue under the name Soil Rx, carrying forward the same excellent service, insights, and agronomy advice that clients have always valued.
While the name has evolved, the commitment remains the same: delivering practical, professional solutions to help farmers unlock the full potential of their land.

All soil testing and herbage testing samples are processed locally at CFA Lab in Ashburton, ensuring accurate, reliable results from a team you know and trust.

Behind Soil Rx is a team of passionate specialists committed to helping farmers make smarter decisions. Alongside running Soil Rx, Michelle and Rory also run CFA Lab and manage a lease block where they grow feed and run cattle. This gives them firsthand knowledge of the industry and a real understanding of the challenges farmers face.
